Took two calls to get someone to come out for an estimate. Person arrived and looked at the job and said he would get back with a price. Over a week, no call back. I called, person answering phone didn’t recall the job and said he would check with his guy and get back to me later that day. Never called back. I understand being busy or over scheduled. If you didn’t want to do the job then shouldn’t lead the customer along or at least communicate the circumstances. Bottom line, never did the job and to this day don’t even know if they pursued the quote.
