I have never experienced such a terrible survive before. The technician came in took a look at my faucet charged me $175 for one hour and as he did it have the details to fix the faucet he said he had to order it. When I called back the office it turned out that they did not have my info on file and told that I have to pay again $185 this time for the evaluation... thefts! Stay away

My experience with this company is been excellent. I definitely trust this company for my plumbing and heating services. Mr. Joe is a person with high ethics when it comes to his job and business. The only plumer who didn’t steal my money and got the job done with my steam boiler.

Our heat wasn't working so association manager suggested this place. We called them and made and appointment to come check out what the problem was. They said someone will come between 1-3. They came at 3:45. Nothing was wrong with heater just needed to change the filters. So they changed the filters( we had new filters at home).The whole thing took about 20 min. They still charged us 175$. I asked them if there will be any discount considering the problem wasn't serious and they didn't do much and we are 1min walk from their office but was told no. I just think that if you want people to keep coming you need to work with people...

I'D LEAVE A ZERO IF I COULD. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I ONLY REACHED OUT TO THEM AS MY COMPANY USED THEM LAST YEAR. AFTER PLAYING PHONE TAG AND BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS. I'M TOLD THE PLUMBER IS FINALLY HERE. (HE CLAIMS HE RANG THE DOOR BELL) AND LEFT. IVE HAD PLENTY OF PATIENCE WITH THEM THE LAST COUPLE OF DAYS BUT DO NOT USE THEM SPEND YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE

Worst Service Ever. They came to start a job, left without telling anyone with no explanation.
