This was an emergency and got their number from a plumber. Though him it was set up quickly for the next day. Bill answered my call and all questions. They came promptly the next day, Saturday at 9 am as they said and after signing the contract and deposit, and the gas and water markings, they got right to work. The job was done by 4 pm replacing the sewer main that collapsed at the curb. Water ran and toilets flushed. Right before my company and dinner. The only thing was they damaged our underground sprinkler system even though we warned them about it, but it was in the contract they are not responsible. I felt they could of been more careful but they did the new sewer line correct and quickly the first time. I highly recommend WC Fallows and company.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have had nothing but trouble with this company. I originally called in November 2018. Steve Alberino (see the 4 star rating below) showed up the same day and offered a fabulous quote to replace the main water line with a lifetime guarantee for the owner, with a promise to start in a few days. The start date turned into a week later. I was not notified of this change. A week later they started.The work took about a week or so, and during those days the workers tracked mud into my home and didn't bother to clean it up until I finally said something. They also attempted to collect final payment before the job was fully completed, leaving a hole in my front yard and a partially filled hole in my heating room where the piping came in to my house. They returned to fill both holes after I complained. Now it is almost 4 months later and water is leaking from the exact same spot and my backyard is completely flooded. Bill's son, Matt was called on Friday and told of the incident. He said he would come out on Saturday. Which he did, after I called halfway through the morning to find out when they were coming. When he arrived, he tried to tell me a different set of pipes must have caused this. However, my township water department disagrees wholeheartedly! I was told Matt would return on Monday. I canceled my doctor's appointment to assure I should be home. No call, no show. I called them through Home Advisor and was then told they should show up on Tuesday. No call! No show! No answer! Do not use this company! They are not trustworthy and lack integrity! I am now having to resort to the legal route to reclaim my funds. Best of luck to you!

Bill and his team are the best around. Genuinely care about their customers and go above and beyond to make sure all their work is done correctly and make sure their customers are satisfied.

Had an appointment for a visit on 1/28. Rescheduled for 1/29. Missed the appointment and didn’t answer any calls or texts. Gave up after three days of trying to reach out. Shame, company has great reviews and was looking forward to meeting. Guess I’ll never know.

I don't usually write reviews but felt I had to after my experience. I am a first time homeowner and I have no clue what I am doing!(Don't tell my wife lol) I had a leak in my basement and needed water service. Not knowing any better, I called Roto Rooter and they told me I had to replace the pipe and run all new piping underground, re-route the piping and also tear apart my front porch deck and front yard! Here's the best part, they quoted me 11k. I decided to get a 2nd opinion bc that just didn't seem right. Sure enough after reading their whopping 4.8 out of 5 stars on homeadvisor, I called Wc Fallows. A guy named Steve I believe contacted me within an hour and he was at my home the same night. Was quoted less than half of what I was told, I get to keep my deck and front yard with minimal digging. The owner Bill came out and took care of it in 2 days. I got to keep my yard and my wife haha. Call the guys you can trust! Many people take advantage bc you don't know any better.
