Best plumbing company , I called on Monday and the owner told me to give him an hour because he was doing a job outside my area, he did stop by within a hour looked up and changed the water heater for a very reasonable price ! I will hire this company again for my future plumbing needs.” Cesar and his workers were very professional I definitely recommend them !

I had two appointments scheduled with Cesar from Plumex. An hour before our first appointment I get a text saying they cannot make it they’ll call me later. Totally unprofessional and will never use again.

I work for a General contractor. I reached out to PlumbEx and was directed to a Cesar that works for the company. After going over the bid with Cesar he said he was going to bid the job. After a week I contacted him again and he assured me I would have pricing by the afternoon that day because he wasn't in the office at that time. Afternoon came and I called him to reach out to him and he didn't answer the call or return my call after leaving several messages. I called from my cell phone, he picked up and he seemed startled when I told him where I was calling from and advised me he sent the email over with the pricing. I checked and there was no email. I feel like I was mislead and lied to. I would not recommend this company simply because they don't seem professional or promising.
