We had a serious leak in our basement. We called Rak Plumbing right away. We have used them in the past. They always provided excellent service to me and my family. We found out quickly that Rak plumbing and heating would be our service representative and he was excellent. He determined the problem and gave us our options. The different ways we can do it. He answered all of our questions throughout the process. He was working at our house for about 3 hours and he fixed the initial problem and suggested we replace our hot water heater and sump pump which we did. Both were many years old and needed replacing. I would highly recommend Them to anyone who needs someone knowledgeable, excellent, quick, good cost and provides excellent service.
We had an excellent experience with Rak Plumbing and heating. We ran out of hot water because one of our water heaters broke. As a family with 3 kids, that is an extremely emergent situation. Rak Plumbing solved our problem quickly and promptly. Free estimate and gave us a real good price, with warranty! The gentleman who was sent to us was polite and got the job done.
