Called for urgent septic inspection. Got Dennis directly on his cell. he told me he could route a guy to the property later that day and he did so! But he said to call Jenna at office to get quote and payment info. She wasn't at the office. Someone else answered but said she'd be back soon. I had to call back 3 hours later and I reached Jenna and she said she never got my message. So it was a little tough getting through to the right person at the office -recommend getting an answering machine or service. But when I got Jenna on the phone she was great! Knowledgeable -got my inspection done right away and we paid for it next day with Jenna and had a report that day. Prompt inspection but the office management just needs a little tweaking

We appreciate doing business with Lasasso plumbing. They do quality work and are always prompt . Many times plumbing issues are emergent and they always try to be there when we need them..we highly recommend them.

I called and tried to leave message at 2 am in the morning however Dennis  Lasassa does not have  answering machine to leave message. When  She answered and I hung up . I called again this morning At 7.00 am .  Dennis said he is going to call police i called at 2 am . Dennis  Lasassa ,Jr. or  men Have no idea what  They guys are doing with handle faucet kitchen Cold  & Hot Valves spout Assembly Pex Tubing Conflict Installing !  I see them clear under the sink and tell men to need to connect  back to Hot Side & Cold Side Valves spout assembly pex tubing  right way . Thank You

This company is unreliable. They did a septic inspection on a property we're buying the septic failed. So they were going to fix the septic and gave us a quote. They needed to hand in paperwork to our mortgage company saying they were going to fix it after closing. They never return my phone calls, my realtors phone calls, or my mortgage company calls and never handed in the paperwork and caused us to push back our closing date. Luckily I had a quote from someone else and he was able to give us what we needed the next day. This company also tried ripping my mom and sister off. If you want someone reliable don't call them. They probably won't answer anyway. Call Richard Lindsay from atco or DiMeglio septic.
