Bill is the best plumber we have ever had the pleasure of working with. He's not only professional but he's honest (and hilarious). He and his team work smart and fast. They respond to our questions and give great advice (like how to maximize water pressure but still get the shower we want!). One word: TRUST Our boiler failed several years ago, After getting some local quotes I asked a neighbor for a recommendation and he recommended someone else - who I called, who said no problem, who took our old boiler but didn't return it to the factory (it was still under warrenty), didn't pull permits and didn't know how to make the regulator work. To the tune of over 3k Anyway, I never felt right about the whole thing, never knew why the 1st boiler failed but suspected a broken pipe under the concrete slab. So I started getting quotes to find/fix the broken heating pipe(s). Wood-n-Pipes was recommended to my husband. What a difference! He knew exactly what I was trying to do, offered a simple solution of rerouting the pipe in question. Everyone else wanted to replace the entire radiating system! He suggested that the reroute go through the garage and for a few dollars more he could add a radiator there too. Voila, heated garage. It gets better: While he was testing the furnace he saw the regulator wasn't working; the internal wiring was a dangerous mess. He fixed it for a very reasonable fee right then & there. He cut the suspected pipe & verified it was compromised (sand came out of it). Used state of the art piping and solved all our heating issues in an affordable, timely and professional manner.
