They do good work, but get an estimate before they do any work in your house. My water heater was under warranty and started leaking on a Friday. I was desperate and trusted a local shop to do the work, but they know what they are doing and took advantage of the situation. I did not get the estimate at the beginning of the job and to my surprise they charged me $2250+Tax to replace a 75 Gallon tank. Eventually the tank manufacture gave me a $955 refund, and this company was kind enough to let me make payments on this bill, but I strongly suggest that if you don't like surprises get an estimate before they pull their tools out of the truck.

I have used them several times. From an emergency frozen pipe burst, to water heater replacement, to installation of our new furnace. Reasonable rates, on time and prompt. Never had any issue with their workmanship. They have performed at least half a dozen services for me over the years. Always good experience.

After thirty years in our home, with lots of remodeling and many awful plumbing experiences, we discovered Andrew Hall about 18 months ago. Absolutely top notch - can't say enough about them. They are polite, responsive, and do the job right, the first time. Absolutely wonderful company and we highly recommend them for every facet of plumbing, heating, HVAC, etc. I've seen a few reviews that mention they're "pricey" - well, if you want it done right the first time, it doesn't come cheap. I'd rather pay a little bit more for quality service than try to track some fly-by-night inept plumber down a few months later to come back for yet another adjustment or repair. Benn down that road far too many times to count. This is a top quality outfit.
