Today my water heater pilot went out. Wes came to the house and thoroughly explained how to resolve my problem, told me exactly what the costs would be and then completed the job all within 3 1/2 hours!!! I was extremely impressed. These guys really know their stuff.
great service!!! the negative reviews must be fake because they replaced a faucet in my bathroom for me and were very polite and knowledgeable. they also found some other issues that could have caused serious damage and fixed them as well. thank you mike, you and your team are great!
Yesterday i called mueller plumbing for no heat, They sent a technician out within 2 hrs. The tech gave me two options replace or fix a 16 year old unit. I opted to have them replace the unit. Today by 5 o'clock they had new unit in and job complete! Hats off to E. Mueller plumbing and tonight we wont freeze in this weather!
Surprised!! Called 6 plumbers! Only one to answer and say I’ll be there in an hour!!! Basement was full of water. Mac Came in swapped out my sump pump. Definitely will continue to use in future!!!!
DO NOT, WHATEVER YOU DO, CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING. The guy came out to see why we had water in our kitchen ceiling. The first thing he wanted to do was rip open the ceiling without even checking out the bathroom upstairs first. He checked everything out, but DIDN'T NOTICE the crack in the bathtub (he did not fill up the bathtub, only ran the shower). He left telling me that it was the roof, and didn't even caulk the shower connection back that he ripped off. We took another bath and then an entire bathtub of water for the 2nd time came through the kitchen ceiling, which could have been avoided. We paid $125 for them to come out for NOTHING and they won't even admit any wrongdoing and won't refund our money. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!
