Lou and his men did a great job surpassing my expectations! Very reasonable price and they bent over backwards to meet our needs. I would highly suggest them to anyone!

Louis did a great fixing my AC unit.Fast , professional and reasonable .

Lane Mechanical says that they stand by their work and if you have a problem, they will be there. However, when there is an issue, they claim not to have anyone available. There have been multiple issues, most recently, the owner advised us to contact another company to make emergency repairs since our heater stopped working during a weekend of extreme cold temperatures. He said that he would cover the costs if we could get someone because he was short handed. Since that time, I have submitted the receipt electronically and in the mail. I have also made several attempts to contact him with no response.

Louis and his team has done wonderful job of air-conditioning and pluming. It was a big project so I met with few respected and established companies before signing up with Lane Mechanical. It was not only money but his expertise in designing my system, flexibility of timing and responsiveness are their biggest virtues. His people are most professional and trustworthy. I am so happy I met with Louis and Lane Mechanical - Great job guys!

I couldn't be happier with the work done by Lou and his team. In dealing with contractors, one can be hard-pressed to find one with integrity. This is not the case with Lou, as he was true to his word in terms of the timing and price of the job, as well as exactly what was involved. I also appreciated the promptness with which he replied to phone calls to address any concerns that arose. I will recommend him to friends and family going forward.
