All I ever ask is to be on time, be fair, and keep me in the loop. Today Richard with Plumbing Doctor absolutely delivered! He even arrived before scheduled appointment time. He did great at the job and offered a few tips for the future. I am very satisfied and will be calling the Plumbing Doctor again.

A friend referred me to Plumbing Doctor in Yuba City for an issue requiring immediate attention. The assigned technician was Richard. He was even able to come sooner than scheduled and called to confirm it would be ok to do so. He was knowledgeable, friendly and ensured I understood everything that needed to be done. He provided options and costs based on what option I chose. He insured the job was complete and to my satisfaction. I like that Plumbing Doctor charges by the job instead of by the hour. Because the job price includes labor, parts, taxes, everything. I will definitely continue to use them for all my plumbing repair needs.

My kitchen faucet needed replacing and I didn't have time to wait several days to get someone out to fix it. I called The Plumbing Dr. and they came out that afternoon.
