MSI Plumbing and Remodeling

My wife and I are in the midst of a major kitchen remodel that has required significant relocation of plumbing and a new gas line. The guys were here promptly at 8 am every morning and they cleaned up after each days work. Corey is an excellent plumber AND a very patient teacher for the young apprentices that accompanied him on the job. The apprentices, Zach and Pete were hard working, eager to learn and very nice guys. I would like to point out specifically, however, that I've never met a young person that was as respectful as Pete was. When introduced to me, he took his hat off (out of respect) and shook my hand. He did the same with my wife. This is very rare with todays young people and I'm sure that his parents are very proud of him. All in all, I have been very pleased with the personal nature of the crew and the quality of work done. The price/value was fair and I couldn't be happier. I would highly recommend MSI Plumbing & Remodeling for any home improvement project requiring plumbing.

MSI is fast and a professional. Roy and Zack were terrific. After leaving countless messages with other plumbers, we made one call to MSI and two guys in less than a week. We gave them a long list, and they fixed rebuilt and advised until the job was done swiftly, professionally and with waistband fully up. Love these guys!

We had a leak in a 3 inch copper waste pipe. Corey and Peter came out and evaluated the problem and advised us that a section had to be removed and replaced with PVC. Corey gave us up-front pricing right off a standard rate schedule so we knew right at the beginning what the charges would be. He and Peter completed the job in a short time and left the work area in completely clean condition. Very happy with their work and friendly demeanor. Shout out to Melissa as well, the dispatcher, who was very flexible in scheduling the work.

Adam did another fantastic job at our house! He just finished replacing the trim work in our dining room, and he is a perfectionist! Whether it's the tile work in our bathroom, trim work, or any work, I can always count on excellent workmanship as well as productivity from Adam. Thanks again!
