I had the worst experience with this company they gave me a quote for $3,500 to replace a sewer line clogged with tree roots after a week they finally showed up on a day they weren't supposed to they dug 5ft and found the pipe was deeper than they thought then they told me that the problem was not where 2 previous camera inspections said and they had to dig in a different area after digging in the new area they found the pipe and proceeded to break the pipe then they said they could not finish the job and they would be back the next week and gave me a quote for $7,999 to replace the pipe they broke and the original problem. I got another company they replaced the entire pipe for $11,000 and they were done in 4hrs. I would not recommend this company to anyone they are unprofessional and incompetent and they talk to you as if you are a moron with no common sense
Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was the easy to work with from start to finish. Louis , Keith, and Aaron are all very knowledgeable. I had a unique situation where my main water sleeve was leaking, these guys came up with a custom solution that worked and kept my basement dry. All the work was done on time and in a neat, clean, and efficient manner. I would highly recommend Benjamin Franklin Plumbing. I will be using these guys again.

Keith, Louis and the entire team was super responsive, explained all work that needed to be done upfront, and was competitively priced.
