Was a little difficult getting scheduled during busy Springtime, but once they got there they were quick and efficient. Ted was very thorough and informative, taking the time to explain what happened and how to prevent it in the future. Would definitely recommend

I was very pleased with the service man that came his name was Ted and was very polite and explained why and what he was doing in THE A.C.. they came on time.

Cesar came this afternoon, within an hour and a half of my initial phone call, to find the fault in a circuit in my townhouse. He was competent, courteous and efficient. Before I even asked, he put booties on to protect the carpeting, solved the problem and explained everything to me. No wasted time, no nonsense. I will certainly call TGM for my next electrical need and I hope that Cesar is the one to come although I'm sure he is representative of the others at TGM. Thank you.

Dealing with Barbara is frustrating. Doesn’t communicate properly she is very slow. If u can try dealing with Maryann or somewhere else
