Eric has been to my home a few times. I have been extremely impressed with his work and integrity. He is prompt and courteous and follows up. He makes me feel confident that my issues are being handled correctly and in a timely manner. Eric is the best service representative I have ever dealt with. I highly recommend him!

I recently purchased an older home that required all new plumbing lines. The two technicians, Mick and Jeremy provided excellent service. They were highly professional.They thoroughly explained the entire process of why each pipe had to be replaced. They even worked tirelessly, without taking a break until the entire job was completed. These two gentlemen deserve 10 gold stars! Sean and Shoe came by to do some work they did an outstanding job very nice guys and very fast thank you guys so much. And Jess in the office is a very sweet lady

Anthony did a thorough check of our gas fireplace after we smelled gas. It was a challenge because the shut off valve was difficult to access. He quickly found the problem and still continued to check everything until he was satisfied the was no danger of gas fumes in our home. He was also professional and kind and explained everything so I understood how everything worked. Highly recommend Anthony and Benjamin Franklin!

Anthony and Jeremy installed a new tankless water heater at our place and did a great job. Eric had been here previously to review our situation and provide an estimate of the work. All were friendly, helpful, and arrived on time. Ben Franklin Plumbing will be back in the future to do more work for us.
