I have given you every opportunity to handle this job with a certain level of professionalism based on the recommendation I was given. I paid you a deposit for work 44 days ago, a deposit in the amount of $1000, which is more than 1/3 of the total contract; in the state of Pennsylvania it is illegal to take a deposit of more than a 1/3 and will assume the laws are similar in New Hampshire. I have been more patient than most would be in this circumstance. You cancelled on me an hour before you were to be at my job on Monday. I was again more patient than most people would have been in this circumstance. You did not give me a definitive reschedule time or date. Then today you show up without notice and do not contact me for more than an hour and a half after you left my property. Giving me no ability to resolve the situation. Your response was 'Not My Issue'
