So this is an edit from my original post. I had a few issues with my well pipe adapter. Things were left unsettled but after the fact, Dan got a hold of me to make things right. Just from our brief phone conversations I could glean a sense of sincerity in his voice and he made the situation I was in much better. He considered it a learning opportunity for his team and that's the important part. I'd like to publicly give a big thanks to Dan for making things right.

I had a water problem not to long ago. My well pump finally gave out after 31 years!! It was a Saturday of course and I called it right in. Ryan gave me a call back pretty much right away and he said he'd be here in an hour which was true. Well, he troubleshot (sp?) The issue and spelled it all out to me about what I would need. Ryan was the best! You know, sometimes when you get a guy on call, he may act like your putting him out and wrecking his Saturday. Not Ryan! He was personable and thorough. Got right to it and was done in no time. Capital Well was well represented by Ryan. This is the kind of guy that everyone wishes they had. Make sure you keep this guy and make sure you don't change anything about the company. Top notch all the way! Oh, and Bobbiejean, I don't believe a word you say!

Very unhappy with this company.I had to leave a 1 star as you couldn't leave nothing which would be my opinion for this company . My husband had called to set up an appointment and was very rudely told by Ryan in customer service that we were put on a ban and had to pay up front for services and if we didn't like to find another place to go and repeatedly told my husband this. Every time we had made an appointment they either never showed up and my husband lost on a days work, or they came after the hours we were told. last time they came to my house for an annual service we had noticed water on the floor , ceiling and walls, a week later the board went on the filtration system and had to dish out $ 300 +. When they finally came to service this year after finally paying up front for the appointment , the tech tells my husband we need to replace all our pipes to the filtration system as he burst them last year and tried to fix it and that we needed to upgrade our system, every year they try to make us upgrade when not necessary. We upgraded a few years ago and were told by another company that we have the top of the line filtration system and didn't need to upgrade. . My husband tried to keep his cool and said that he burst the pipe and then we had to pay for a board that you got wet , the tech tried to apologize but never told us LAST YEAR that he burst the pipe. We will NEVER do business with Capital Well again, how they treat there customers is ridiculous and unprofessional !

Excellent - so pleased with Capital!!! They installed a new well on my property last spring to replace an old dug well in a different part of my property. It was NOT an easy location to get to on my property!!! They worked SO efficiently and neatly. The excavator digging the line to the well was EXCEPTIONAL!!!! The property was immaculate after they left. The work in the basement to connect everything up was also impressive. Amazing job.
