Dickinson & Son has been our go-to plumber/HVAC contractor for many years. They do very high quality work and can usually get to our needs quickly. I do usually price other other plumbers for jobs and do find that their labor prices are a little higher than others, but I don't mind really due to the work product being superior.

Dickinson employee who fixed my heat was certainly pleasant. I had a couple (2) questions regarding the bill I received and so called to ask. I have never been so disrespected, reprimanded for asking a simple question/get clarification, insulted, and treated like complete garbage. Their employee gave me rough estimates for the two pieces that he replaced while at my house. For one of the parts, I ended up being charged 5-6x more than what their employee estimated. I also had a question regarding the labor fee. I did not realize that the 100$/hr fee starts the moment they leave their company, and should have expected the extra $75 for travel (20/25min each way). Unfortunately, truly decent labor was absolutely cancelled out by horrendous customer service, communication, and very steep prices. Would highly recommend going with a different company.

Dickinson and Sons has gone above and beyond the call of duty with the help that they have provided my family with our home. Every staff member has been very helpful and courteous. My family and I would not have been able to maintain our home without their quick responsive help to save our pipes from freezing. My family and I would like to thank Dickinson and Sons for all that you have done, and a job well done!

Just had a frozen pipe issue with our hot water baseboard heating. The technician was wicked friendly and walked me through the issue soup to nuts. He found the leak in a back corner upstairs closet, and a second break on the same pipe about 15' away. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and now the whole house is back in business.

Last night we found a pin hole leak and water everywhere. Called Dickinson's this morning and they had Michael here by 10. He did an excellent job and was professional, communicative, organized, and tidy. I would not hesitate to use Dickinson's, and Michael, again!
