Hired them to fix a simple Moen kitchen faucet and a tub drain. Unfortunately, Moen sent the wrong parts so fixing the original problem was not possible; however, the plumber could not put the faucet back together correctly. I was left with a faucet in worse shape than when I first called. The tub drain was fixed in 10 minutes. For that I was charged $250.

Recently, I came home to frozen pipes and leaks in my home. I contacted Bow Plumbing and Heating who my husband and I had been customers of for many years. There were at my house within 24 hours and they solved the full array of problems. They were extremely knowledgeable about what had happened and how to fix it, and they were professional throughout the entire process. When I have called their office to schedule additional work, the woman who answers the phone is great to deal with. She understands what you are describing and she asks very good clarifying questions. She has excellent follow-through and is very pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Bow Plumbing and Heating with absolutely no reservations whatsoever. You'll be glad they are there for you when you need them the most.

Had some pipes freeze with recent cold weather, so I called to schedule an appointment. Bow plumbing and heating was overloaded with many other homes with the same issue. They started a slip for work but offered advice to resolve the issue myself. I was able to get the pipe flowing again thanks to them. I will be switching to them for all my furnace and heating needs.
