Horrible service. They seemed to always "forget" to pick up. I had to call multiple times to find them. They gave multiple excuses. If the truck broke down 3 times in a row I figured a courtesy call would be good but they wouldn't even do that. Im pretty sure they charged me multiple times for times they picked up but never did. The owner would never call back when I tried to talk to him. Just a horrible experience overall.
We’ve been having all clear pump our septic tank for 17 years. Excellent service.
I have given them numerous chances to "accidental forget" to pick up my trash. Will be going to a different service that is more reliable. I've had All clear for going on a year and have had my trash spread all over my yard from animals due to non pick up. Nothing but headaches... I recommend choosing someone different for your trash needs.
