I have used and recommended this family owned business for 20+ years and never been disappointed. Knowledgeable, honest, fair and dependable. They give you an approximate time, but if they are a little late in order to actually repair the person before you, that is understandable and they are worth waiting for.

They are the best! Always there and fix the problem the first time.

This company in Oroville is very good, the technicians are good. They do come back if the problem comes back. I would use this Roto-Rooter again.

I work for an elderly lady she’s very nice doesn’t complain about much well the person who rents for her sent them over to her house to fix her toilet as it hasn’t worked right for months.Well it was scheduled at 10 am on Monday December 11,2017 and then an hour passed and nothing so we call around 11:30 and the lady said that they would be there shortly.THEY ARIVED AT 1pm ALMOST 2! They were about five hours late! When they did arive they did there thing explain what was going on and then an appointment was made for the next day and we decided they would go with our schedule and not theirs since apparently they can’t tell time and so it’s set for Tuesday December 12,2017 at 2pm and guess what everyone,they were an hour late! When Georgia called at 2:05 they said that they were on their way and that it would take 30 minuets so time passed and I called back myself at 2:47 and explained to the lady how they were late yestuday and now today they were almost an hour late and she simply justified it by saying “No it hasn’t been an hour since Georgia last called” the time service is absolutely horrible so they better hope they do the best job actually doing what she needs done! And if I could give zero starts I would.
