Only gave 4 stars because they were 2 hours later than scheduled and didn't contact us, but they are personable, efficient and give e honest info

I called AAA pump for service today. My wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The gentlemen that came was clean, super polite, delightful friend and extremely knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a positive interaction with knowledgeable staff. We sincerely appreciate your responsiveness. I recommend AAA Pump for all your pump and motor needs.

Not pleased with their services. Dropped off two machine motors in February. Got one back with a "1 year warranty" dropped it back off to have repaired. Although they did take care of it, they said it would no longer be under warranty. Whats the point of the one year warranty? Still have yet to see my other motor almost 3 months later. It's a little ridiculous that every time we call we get the run around.

Large volume customers come first! Little private people go to the end of the line. I brought my irrigation pump in for repair. They told me one week. I stopped in two weeks later, they told me it was going on the bench the next day. I stopped in a week after that and again they told me it was due to go on the bench the next day. I took my pump and left.
