I called Mr Hamlin based on the reviews from the web in a pure panic on Sunday afternoon after getting a low temp warning in a second home. Being 3hr away and having someone in route to check, I was trying to secure someone who might be able to help IF we found frozen pipes on arrival. Mr Hamlin called me back, walked me through advise on how to get the house back up to temp safely and with minimal damage IF it were there. He will definitely get our repeat business when we need plumbing work (hopefully not emergently again!)
