Performance Plumbing

My bathroom toilet was loose and the technician said my floor was uneven and all he did was caulk around the base. When he left the toilet was still sliding around. The bolts are rusted and stripped. This is ridiculous. This house was built in 1982 and still had the original toilet until 7-8 years ago when I replaced it with an energy efficient toilet. Because of his report, my home protection policy (American Home Shield) is refusing to have it fixed. I can’t tell you how mad I am that the tech was too lazy and/or incompetent to fix it and that he wrote a bogus report!
