They were referred to me by our electrician. Being new to the area. He says they are great, fair, local and honest. He was absolutely correct. They did a emergengy service for us. We knew it would take time before they would get there but totally understand and they would get there that night. Mrs Lindsey assures us they can help us. They DID, 5 Stars service ***** again
Ordered a portajohn for an outdoor party as we have done many times before. This time no confirmation was emailed and we had to call many times to confirm delivery. When they finally did confirm and deliver the portajohn, the back office became incensed when we questioned their lack of communication. Rather than apologize, they came back just an hour later and took BACK the portajohn, leaving us in the lurch for our party. Emotional, uncommunicative, unapologetic, and extremely unprofessional. We will never use them again nor will we refer them.
