Ed's Plumbers & Drain

I needed a toilet reinstalled, we had already removed toilet and cleaned old wax. We asked for a new flange expecting him to rip out the old one on the sub floor but instead, Roberto screwed a spacer on top of the old flange and charged an additional $150 for 20 minutes and a $14 part. It has a smaller opening and the toilet clogs all the time. Never again. He also told me I had to pay cash/check or there would be an additional 4% surcharge. I don’t have checks so this con man ripped me off for $340.

Our technician Dylan was very knowledgeable and efficient. He got to work right away and got the job done. He gave us a detailed assessment at the end and answered our questions fully. The final bill was what I was quoted and what I felt was fair for the work. He added additional value by presenting us with coupons for discounts on ED'S PLUMBERS & DRAIN services and recommended further work. Being that it was a busy Saturday; they still managed to fit us into their schedule on short notice. From the moment we spoke to the technician Michael, he was very friendly and willing to answer all of our questions without rushing us off the phone. He arrived at our home in the time frame he said he would be here. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
