We have been customers of LeBlanc heating for a number of years now and could not possibly be happier. They really seem to care about giving the customer the best possible value, and we never feel that they are doing anything but what is best for our situation. They feel more like good neighbors than like a company for hire and we always feel that their advice is well-intended and never aimed at selling us anything we don't need. They are a first-rate company and clearly want to keep their customers over the long term. We could not praise them more highly.

This company responded to my request for quote on purchase and installation of a new Central Air Conditioning unit within the time frame stated. They were able to schedule my installation within two days. The med arrived on time and were polite and considerate of my home wearing protective covering for their boots as not to track into my home The installation was completed withing the stated time. The men left no footprint of their visit after completion. I would not hesitate in choosing this company for any of my heating/cooling needs in the future.

Our family has used Leblanc Heating for generations. They are absolutely the best in terms of service, quality and value. Yesterday our water heater broke completely and today we will have a new heater installed. That kind of reliability and service is priceless to us. Great people, great service and quality products.

Superb service from a dedicated and competent staff. Returned home from a short vacation during a heat wave to find that my split system ac was not working. Robert responded on the same day as my service request. He diagnosed and explained the problem in easily understood language. Robert indicated that the evaporator coils on this particular unit had been known to develop refrigerant leaks and he thought that he could get them replaced under warranty. Two days later, I was notified by Robert that the entire wall unit, four in total, would be replaced on the following day. Four days from the placement of my call, Brian and Chris arrived to replace the four evaporator units. They quickly and efficiently replaced the four units and recharged the system in approximately 3 hours. Outstanding service by a friendly and knowledgeable staff including Mary in the office who handled my calls. I highly recommend them for your air conditioning needs.

Early morning, one of the hottest days of this summer, we were packing to leave for a 2-week vacation . . . AC stops running! I called the A/C company that installed our unit, and had serviced it for the past 14 years. They said the first available service would be in about 10 days! Are you kidding me! Based on friends and neighbors comments about A.J. LeBlanc I said a quick prayer and dialed. Mary in service, appreciated our situation, and promised service within a few HOURS!!! Brian arrived as promised and had the A/C back up and running in a few minutes! Quite reasonable charge and we could be on our way without worries. Can't change first impressions!
