We had a plumbing issue at our house in new durham. We called the 24 hour emergency number as it was after work hours on Friday. Bob got back to us promptly. We determined the cause of the issue to be our pump lost power due to a tripped breaker, but were grateful for bob to call us back and co firm that could have been the cause of the problem. He also gave us some advice in case other similar issues arose. Very happy to have him in my town in case a problem arises.
