We are ServiceOne customers, but due to exclusions, our dishwasher was not covered by ServiceOne. Joaquin R. came to our home to install a new motor for our dishwasher. He took the time to discuss our options and let us know the risk involved regarding having an appliance that was not yet covered by ServiceOne worked on. Essentially, rather than simply do the job and take our money, Joaquin let us know that it would be more cost effective and less risky to purchase a new dishwasher. Our technician completed a very thorough inspection of both our furnace and air conditioning systems. He was friendly and easily answered our questions. His time and service were much appreciated!

We appreciated the timely response of Service One to schedule the Maintenance of our AC Unit. Tony D contacted me early morning and was very considerate to allow me a few minutes to prepare --confining dogs.....Tony D was very pleasant and friendly. He did his thorough job without intrusion into my tasks. He went to the trouble of taking a photo of our unit full of Cotton from the neighboring trees and then how it looked after his cleaning it. He left a record of the inspection to verify what had been done. We appreciated very much his quality work and cordial demeanor.
