We loved the plumber, John, he got the job done quickly and knew exactly what needed to be done. He was great with our dogs too! The only complaint which is minor is the hot and cold water got reversed when the washer machine was hooked back up. We found out from doing laundry and had to switch them ourselves. I would call them again for future service.
My Husband called because he was dissatisfied with service from another plumber. Phil came right out the same day, surveyed what needed to be done and gave us the best options that worked for us. He didn't hassle us about pricing. We are very pleased with his work. He was extremely professional, courteous and most of all neat. He listened when I asked about covering for his shoe. He took off his shoes and when he made a run to pick up parts he came back with shoe covers. Thank you Phil for fixing our plumbing at an affordable price. We like that your company gives a break down of the time. Thank you, The Anthony's
Great Service! The plumber was running late, but both the office and the technician called an hour in advance of the appointment time to let me know when he could make it. The plumber was personable and had a great attitude when he arrived. My plumbing issue was fixed in under an hour. Overall great experience, and we will continue to use Major Drain.
The plumber that came out was more genuine and well-informed than anyone else I have worked with in Omaha. He told us about hydrojet for clearing our main line of tree roots, which will probably save us 700 bucks a year and prevent the basement drain from backing up. Definitely will have them out again.
The plumber was there early and worked hard until he had it all done. He did not waste time. He knew exactly what to do. It ended up costing less than I feared it might.
