Had an emergency in our new house. Another company said, "Let me see if anyone can get to you today." Wrong answer. Preferred got someone out within 15 minutes and had everything fixed within 90 minutes. Great work. I won't bother calling anyone else next time.

This company is really undependable. They tried to fix a leak and made it worse; when I called back they sent the same person to 'fix' the problem but he was defensive and blamed the house.????? Really? Preferred Plumbing wouldn't back their work and was forced to call another plumber to fix the growing problem. Now they've billed me and I'm forced to make consumer complaints to the BBB.
Hired them to replace a bad elbow in main sewer line. They told me it would run between $900-$1400. They came out did the job they were hired to do. Never once communicated to me during the job that there was any issues or problems. Three days later I got a bill in the mail for $3368.13
