Love the new a/c!!! After servicing and repairing the old one as needed, we all came to the same conclusion that we need a new and bigger one because the which was put in some time 70's was too small. It couldn't keep up. The new one has no trouble even late in the afternoon when it's the hottest time of the day! Kayla, Tom and the guys are always so nice and pleasant to talk to!

Would give negative stars if possible. Scammed my warranty company out of 100's. Reporting and reviewing everywhere humanly possible. The office lady is a real piece of work. Thank God the warranty co has a paper trail to prove my story!

They claimed my house isn't hooked up to water. Can someone explain to me if my house isn't hooked up how I am doing my laundry, my dishes, using the bathrooms?! Unprofessional when came to my house. Didn't attempt to run any water to see what the issue was.

Very professional and have used them to repair old pipes as well as clogged drains. Much better than sending for someone out of Lincoln.
