This company is ALL about upselling the customer on mostly unnecessary stuff. Their "technicians" (and I use that term very loosely) are NOT familiar with any systems other than those they sell. Also, their "technicians" did not perform a shut in, after THEY turned on the main gas supply to the house. Those are performed to insure their are zero leaks in a combustible gas setting. The same Technician did NOT video scope the unit!! Very unsafe! Im not sure what I paid for, but trust me, I paid. The management team does not care about their employees, only their bottom dollar. If you have family issues, a sickness, anything...you will be run off.
