Olson's Plumbing & Heating

I made a call to olsens on a Friday before Christmas weekend I was told I would not get it fixed until after the holidays ok completely understand....call them 6 days later to find out they "forgot me" and I should have called earlier to remind them???? Then the part I was told by them to replace wasn't even the problem which I figured out thanks to a plumber who actually did his job and came to my house
