Awesome service! Technician Dan arrived within the time frame I was given. He was very friendly, respectful, and informative with questions and concerns I had. Very fast and to the point service, had my AC up and running in about 30mins. Keep up the hard work Dan and the positive attitude. I'm a first time customer and was very satisfied with the service and will be doing all my AC and heating services with Gundlach's from now on!

Zero star for me! I’m gonna make a long story short. I called them out to take a look at a AC unit on one of my rental properties. He called me back and told me it was the motor blower and that it was covered under warranty. I asked him what the charge was for them to fix it. I was told it’s hourly and shouldn’t be more then $200. Never got a call stating the job was done and the final cost. I got a surprised charge on my card of $316. Didn’t have a problem paying that. My problem was I was charged a amount more then quoted and the guy basically called me a liar said he didn’t have to give me a itemized receipt and that they charge a flat rate for residential work... I was on the phone for about 30 minutes trying to get a breakdown of what I was paying for and he refused to give it to me stating he didn’t have to. I will definitely be taking this to the labor board if I do not get a itemized receipt for what I paid for. I will never use this company again after being lied to and was called a liar.

scam company BEWARE!... their charges for services (outside 'basic annual cleanings' for A/C) are basically at 'robbery' levels!, (compared to other companies) which is why we only signed up to get 2 annual cleanings of our unit, and after 2 yrs, with never a delayed or late pymnt, or any issues with our unit costing them extra time, etc., they just up and cancelled us (collecting on their last autopay and then mailing a cancellation letter the next day WITH NO EXPLANATION included AT ALL!...even after requested reason via email- they just evaded the question!) Who does business like this?? Stay FAR AWAY from this kind of a company who is ONLY out to rob people! because the ONLY reason for this 'unexplained' cancellation of our services, would be the fact that we weren't making THEM ENOUGH money! They don't just want to come and clean/service your unit twice a year....If it doesn't break down somewhere, where they can then charge (ROB!) you by OVER PRICING for their REPAIRS, they don't want your business AT ALL. Getting SO tired of business who have positively ZERO customer service, and care only about the CEO/owner LINING their own pockets! (well, it'll come back to them at the right time, thank GOD for that 'balance' to offset the GREED of companies like this!).

Henry arrived at our home within the timeframe and called to confirm the issue. He was courteous, professional and replaced our faucet. We are very pleased with the work and service.
