Was referred to JTM by Millard Sprinkler, who was doing our new sprinkler install on the 20 year old home we just purchased. While preparing for this project, we had a water heater issue they fixed on the spot and they found a leak in a key area of our main water line that we were able to repair all while getting our new sprinkler system up and running. Ran into one issue on sprinkler install day but JTM came out right away to address it and we experienced no delays. Great work!

My air conditioning unit quit on me. The system I had was over 20 years old so I opted to replace the whole system. I was referred to JTM by a friend and I called them. The next day they were there and the day after that a new system was put in. I appreciate that I didn't have to have my family suffer in this horribly hot weather!

Chris from JTM did an excellent job when we had issues with our shower valve. He took his time to explain everything and provided a great service. My experience with JTM for our plumbing and furnace maintenance services been great so far

We've used JTM Plumbing in the past, and were a little dismayed when they got so busy they had to turn us down. They have since increased their staff so we went back to them when we needed a new water heater. Chris met me, evaluated our situation, gave us a number of options that included having to change our venting because of the size of the newer water heaters. He came in after we selected an option, did a great job of installing the new heater, was able to utilize our current vent opening, and saved us $250 in the process! Great guy, great work, and great price! I highly recommend them!
