Horrible service! I called to see if someone could look at our hot water heater due to it going out becuase of our basement flooding due to the flood and the lady on the phone was EXTREEMLY RUDE! I told her I don’t need their service and she hung up. I get that they might have been busy but nobody deserves that kind of rudeness, expecially if it’s from a costumer.

Richie came to work on my toilet because the water kept running. Come to find out the gasket had a bubble in it and would not seal. He fixed it and was a very nice person. While here I visited with him briefly and was pleased to find out he is an Marine not active but once a Marine always a marine. Thank you Richie for all you were when active and all that you do as a plumber. City Plumbing is blessed to have such an outstanding young man associated with them.

Wife and I spoke to owner after hours at an event about a issue we had! Said he would contact me next morning and at 8am the phone rang. By 8:45 had a service tech at our house! Fixed problem temporarily and offered several other solutions to our reoccurring issue!! We appreciate the quick response and the honesty of the service tech. Look forward to working with them in future! Steve
