Chris and Joe were on time and very professional. A few parts needed replaced. They cleaned my furnace and balanced out my air ducts for more efficient heating and cooling. They went above and beyond. Answered all my questions and explained things so I could understand them. Highly recommended!

The process of working with a home warranty can be quite a hassle. Luke at BLT was absolutely phenomenal! He helped speed up the process with the warranty company when we had no heat in our home during a winter storm. He kept in touch with us throughout the whole process and updated us along the way. His customer service was amazing. The technicians that replaced our furnace were also top-notch. They left our house looking immaculate after they removed our old furnace, modified our ducts/gas/electrical and installed a new furnace. We cannot thank them enough. We will be referring all of our family and friends to BLT!

They have not returned my calls. I left a message 5 days ago with them and called again the next day and have not heard from them. They seemed to temporarily fix my AC the first time. I called them a couple of days after the first fix, as my unit was still not operating correctly. They have yet to my return my calls into them to fix something they did not fix the first time.

By far the best and most thorough furnace company to come to my home yet. Was careful to examine all equipment and took the time to explain the situation to me and answer any questions.
