We had a malfunctioning tankless water heater in our home in 3R. We hired them to repair it. They worked on it for over a week, replacing parts and spending a lot of time on the phone with the manufacturer trying to understand how the heater worked. In the end, the heater still doesn't work at all and we spent over $800 to have these guys try to figure out what to do. They were friendly but were obviously in way over their heads and charged us a lot of money trying to learn how to work on a tankless heater.
