Just had the plumber come out because I had pipes creaking/expanding causing a tapping sound. He came out heard what I heard and explained what it was and started strapping the pipe secure as much as he could. He did not leave until we were both not hearing the sound. Very personable guy, very friendly, was a pleasure.
Save the time and find someone else off the bat. No response after initial cost estimate of AC installation in Minot. Called twice and emailed twice. This place will only install models they want due to profits they will make. Poor customer service overall.
They love too fix the easy stuff but the dirty jobs . They turn down.
I called for an appointment to have our furnace checked. The lady who answered said they could come out later the same day. She didn't give me an exact time but said in the afternoon. I confirmed that they would call when they were on the way. I waited around all day they never called and they never showed up. Very rude and unprofessional!
Same-day water heater installation. After accidental still leaving stain they arranged for a carpet cleaner to come clean it. Awesome customer service
