Cesar was my technician to take care of some handy work for me and my wife. Cesar presented himself to be very friendly and professionally. Me and my wife were able to learn a lot about every aspect of taking care of our water pressure, whether it be in the kitchen or in the bathroom. He also inspected our water heater to inform us if and when we would need to change out our water heater so that we would prevent any potential hazards in the future. Cesar is very knowledgeable in his field of work, and I would hope to have his services if needed in the future.

Great team! Started with Maggie scheduling o e of their plumbers for me. She was so nice and had a plumber out in 2 hours! Jose came out and gave me confidence right away that he would and could fix my sink. Price was great too! Jose was personable and professional and he did a d clean and thorough! I would definitely call them again and also request Jose!

Jeremy was super helpful and friendly. He effectively did the job, and we were satisfied with the work they did for our kitchen sink. It's apparent he really knows what he's doing. The company was quick and efficient with getting back to us. Even if Jeremy did 5 star work, I do have to give the company 4 stars for the steep prices. It's a little on the pricey side, but that comes with hiring a big company. At least it comes with warranty and you can be sure of the quality.

We were having trouble with our water heater (no hot water, pilot would not light). It was a 10 year old water heater and it was time for a new one anyway. I called home depot who contracts with ARS and they were able to send out a plumber, Tyler, the next day. Tyler explained our options in detail, including a possible repair rather than replace. He also went over the different options we had to replace the water heater. After he answered all my questions, we decided on a new water heater. Tyler was able to start the replacement right away (which was great because we had no hot water) and he completed the job within a few hours. After the job was complete, he explained how to both operate and maintain the water heater. We are very satisfied with the work Tyler provided and we are enjoying having our hot water back again!

Jeremy was very professional getting my toilet leaking problems solved in an efficient way. This is my 3rd time using them in 2 years. Also originally the after hours dispatch accidentally made an appointment with the Torrance office and the lady Lee (Lea?) did a great job to make a last minute change to get me accommodated. Will definitely use them again.
