Was one of the only plumbers to get back to me during an emergency. Even called me to let me know he was close before he got here. Very experienced and knew how to solve our issue with our laundry room and floor drain... only 224$ which is very decent for a professional plumber during an emergency. Was very kind to us and took the time out of his afternoon off to help us. Also gave us lots of info and talked me the way through it so now I even feel educated about our plumbing. Would definitely recommend
Just wanted to give a shout out! We came home to a swimming pool in our basement and he was the only one that responded to our distress. Although we did figure out my son has a love of toilet paper now. ???? He has very helpful and gave me a ton of information for the future, including toilet paper, piping (we live in the flood zone and someday when we are able, are planning to change the piping!) As well as letting us know to contact the city as well when we have issues as it may be something on their end!) If I ever have any issues again, I will definately be using them first!!
Called to get quote: reply, not even possible and sometimes has to come look at for hours before knowing. For a company that charges 100+ by the hour it sounds real profitable.
I hired this guy to fix our repeatedly clogging sewer drain. He did practically NOTHING, and charged us $318, and it clogged right back up again as soon as he left! My husband had been snaking the drain repeatedly, and it still kept clogging up again. So I thought we needed a Professional. This guy took apart the copper to PVC water pipe joint over our hot water heater, AGAINST the wishes of my husband. The seal crumbled, and he was then unable to put the joint back again. So it leaked down onto our electric hot water heater. So he turned the hot water heater OFF to prevent a fire. He did this to flush the drain with hot water, which did NO GOOD whatsoever! He wasted a LOT of time doing NOTHING whatsoever, just racking up his bill! He said he "Wanted to vacuum out our toilet. So we moved everything out of the bathroom, including the carpets, as he watched us! (He COULD have been going to his truck to get his vacuum, instead of just standing there, watching us!) When we were all done clearing out the bathroom, he said, "On second thought, I don't think I want to do it that way"!!! He just wanted to rack up the hours to charge us more! We are retirees, senior citizens, so maybe he just thought we were "easy". Maybe he was right! I paid him $150 that nighjt, thinking the problem was fixed, still owing him $168. But the very next day, the toilet was clogged right back up AGAIN!! So I did what I should have done in the first place & called Roto Rooter. HE found the problem in only about 15 minutes, with his little camera that he sent down the drain to SEE what the problem was! It was a crushed PIPE called "Orangeboard" that needed to be replaced. It was still cold & frozen ground at the time, so he said, "Just change your toilet paper to one that is "Septic Safe" like Scott or Angel Soft, for now, & replace the pipe as soon as the ground thaws. We did, and a month or so later, my husband replaced the old pipe with a brand new CVC pipe, and the problem was FIXED! The TP change was enough to fix the clogging problem temporarily, until warmer weather, AND Rotor Rooter was CHEAPER by about $100!! So take it from ME, call Rotor Rooter the FIRST time & "See your troubles go down the drain"! BUT that's not all! Because he fixed NOTHING, I wrote him a letter, and sent him a copy of the invoice from Rotor Tooter, and told him I was not going to pay his another PENNY. because he did not FIX anything, AND messed up our hot water heater, which we had to call an electrician to fix! ANOTHER expense because of HIM! And THEN he put a lien on our property, and is trying to charge us $125 MORE for the lien AND ANOTHER $125 to take it OFF, ~PLUS~ INTEREST!! So, we have no choice but to take him to court. I have all the paperwork to prove what I am saying here. Please, save yourselves all the hassles & do NOT call this guy!!
I asked for a simple receipt and in return, received a 12 paragraph email insulting me. I paid $275 cash and only need a receipt. Refuses to give one. Came 6 hours late, didn’t have his own tools, used my shovel, my ladder, after refusing a smoke test - he then proceeded to ask my mother if he could do a smoke test when they were chatting after the fact, after I had already refused the test (since he told me to call a plumber I saw no use to do more business with him.) Talked relentlessly about things UNRELATED to the issue at hand. Would give no stars if it was a choice.
