Easy to work with, hardworking, and professional. Repaired what was broken in an appropriate amount of time and fixed the issue that caused the problem in the first place. Note, while they do seem to have the most affordable prices in the area, I think they only send invoices out quarterly or just twice a year so you may not get the bill for several months after the service.

First of all they never told me they have a minimum $75 hour charge, even if the person is there under 10 minutes. Second they took 4 months to bill me. Third the season before they put 7 holes in my ceiling (2 or 3 which were no where close to the pipelines). Lastly, there was no cleanup done either time. In my opinion I do not recommend "Ness Plumbing". I told them I'll be writing this review, so they had a heads up and could've resolved this. Remember you'll have a Mess if you choose Ness ....
