Asked for a bid moving a cast iron register from one side of the room to the other they never got back to me so I did the job myself

Easily the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Said they would have a plumber out to help me with a major leak on Tuesday, no one showed or called. Called back on Wednesday, they said they would have someone out on Wednesday - again no show, no call. Left a message on Wednesday evening saying again that I did not have running water and still very much needed a plumber, and to please send one out or at least call and let me know what was happening. Nothing. Finally got a call back on Friday, but the guy said he wasn't the one who dealt with mobile homes and that he would have the other plumber call me, and no one ever called me back. Called AGAIN on Friday evening and left ANOTHER message saying I was still in desperate need of a plumber, and to PLEASE CALL ME BACK. Three days later (after trying all week to no avail to find another company who could do the work), I had to drag my butt down to their physical office building just to talk to someone and get a straight answer on what was going on. The man I talked to told me that they couldn't help me while the temperature was still below zero, which seemed to me the kind of thing that should not have required a week and a half of ignored calls and a trip downtown to inform me of. Eventually, after another week of trying to fix the problem myself and another fruitless trip to their offices, I was thankfully able to secure another company to come and help me with my plumbing issue, no thanks to Klementsrud's. Unfortunately options in this town are limited, and so while it may still be necessary to use Klementsrud's, I'd advise you to do so warily, and not expecting much in the way of professionalism, communication, or respect. Zero stars if I could.
