Lack of response or communication. Agreed on repair cost but never able to follow up or call back on availability.

Would not recommend this company!!,..refused to give me a quote for replacement of garbage disposal because I am the tenant,..and have an excuse of we have been burned before by tennants.Very bad buisness to refuse to give any customer a price for requested services

Had a emergency a major leak. I shut off main called Bo. Sent him a pic. Came and fix it. The story: So, I called two local plumbers from googling Lexington plumbers: One never called back. (Good business tactic). The next one called back and ask if I live in a trailer or prefab home. I explained a triple wide. She then said we don’t do repairs on them cause the piping they used. Ok I said come over and replace ALL the piping with what you use. Now mind you I just offered this local plumber a job that would be what? Thousands of dollars to do? She replies we don’t do those kind of repairs. I say to myself, you are not a business, and now your, wasting my time now bye. I call Bo next. Got the answering machine left a message. Get called back. Explain my dilemma. Says send pic. Answers text saying “heading your way.” Arrives and 10 min later DONE. Now will I ever call the other two local plumbers NO. Will I call Bo? YES.
