Had septic tank "cleaned" 4 months ago. Had a plumber come out because pipes were "gurgling" and he discovered tank is full. Appears they didn't empty it very well and now their phone is disconnected. I'm going to go with a company with better reviews.

Parents called and the lady on the phone said they would come out same day. She said they would call / text when on their way. No call or text...parents left messages with no reply. 24 hours later, called parents back and claimed their truck got stuck. A truck getting stuck is not a good excuse for not returning a phone call. Something fishy is going on with this place. BEWARE!!!

Very bad experience overall. First they would not give us a receipt for the services. They decided to start digging other areas of our yard without letting us know. They didn't replace the dirt afterwards. They wouldn't answer our calls, text or emails about the receipt or service they performed. Long story short go with anybody else!!!even if you have to wait longer.

I would not even rate them one star. I was very upset about the lack of service here. I called for this place to come out and do our septic, they said they could come out on Tuesday, never giving any time frame. I took a day off work ( with no pay) to wait for these people. It was 10 that morning never got a phone call to say when they were coming so I called and they said they would be there between 2 and 4. Ok, great! Not!!!! They never showed, nor did I get a phone call saying that they wouldn't be able to make it out and reschedule! DO NOT USED THESE PEOPLE!!! Bad business if you cannot even call!
