The Karavan trailers they sell are all damaged and Home Depot does not offer any discount to make up for it. Fortunately the manufacturer will cover you with replacement parts but you need to call them and complain about the condition of the trailer.

The plywood was so warped and the 2x10x16 were the worst I've ever seen worse then Lowes. Drove all the way up here from Rockingham NC to get good lumber and my wife told them she wanted 3/4 inch plywood and it to was warped. Then they wouldn't load the truck told her it was unsafe so I had to drive all the way up here to help load the truck. When I got here they sold her 5/8 plywood and warped lumber. Had to unload it ourselves and returned it after hours. 9:47pm unloading wood. And no help.

I put money down for new carpet weeks ago in order to get it installed by Thanksgiving. Waited for a call from the scheduling department, that I never received. Today you can see how far they got (see pic). I cancelled the order only after weeks of them trying to straighten things out. While they did offer a discount if I continued, it was not near enough to pay for the delay and mistakes that they made. Do yourself a favor, do not go with this failure of a service, go with a local carpet installer.

Home Depot has gone downhill all over the country, but this store is consistently understaffed, poorly staffed, unqualified staff. Takes forever for someone to come to the phone. You can walk a half dozen aisles and not find an associate. Called today to set up a kitchen design appointment. No kitchen designers on staff, all day. What the heck? How can you sell kitchens with no kitchen designers there. I like Kraftmaid cabinets, so I'll find an independent store to handle my business, but really Home Depot. Remodeling projects are on the rise. You are missing a lot of opportunity here...
