Terrible experience! Gave no time or energy into my service call. I was transferred 4 times before someone spoke with me. Then in speaking with the receptionist she essential denied services and laughed that she could not help me. I called back asking for a manager and the same lady answered and she laughed again and said it would be over a week before she could help me. No respect and not a company I would want to work with ever!
I had an issue with my a/c unit and i was sweating and needed help quickly. Ernie , one of the technicians was out to my house with in 10 minutes right before 5 o clock. He was very professional and courteous to our schedule. I will keep their number on my speed dial if I ever have another issue again. !GREAT COMPANY!
The plumbers were very polite and took care of the problem in a timely manner very pleased with the work!
