I hired Perry Laney to install a new septic tank. He did not complete the job after i paid him in full, in cash. He would not return my calls or my contractors calls for approximately 2 months. I ended up taking him to small claims court in Monroe N.C. March of 2017. Be aware buyers.

Very poor workmanship, absolutely do not hire him. But if you do, do not pay him until you are 110% satisified, because as soon as he gets your money, he is gone!
