My wife and I are new to the area and had a lot of questions about water heaters and water quality in the Charlotte area. David, owner of Signature Plumbing, was great. His knowledge of not only water heating systems, options, system manufactures, and local water quality, was amazing. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to make sure I understood all options, pros and cons, before making my decision. We elected to go with a Rinni tankless water heater with an Aqua-pure whole house pre-filter. David's crew arrived on time and were friendly and professional. The job took most of the day but the installation was a work of art. Thanks to David and his crew for all their hard work. The system is amazing and water quality is like bottled water. Needed a plumber to reroute some drains preparing to redo 2 bathrooms. David did a superb job on the drains and all rough in and finish work on both bathrooms. I gave known David for a number of years and would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

Signature Plumbing successfully installed a stand alone tub for me that numerous other companies said was impossible to do. In the ocean of contractors that we had in our home during massive renovations, David and his entire crew at Signature Plumbing were SHINING STARS of professionalism, compassion, accommodation and problem solving.
